Download and run Texo QuickSupport (TeamViewer) so that we can login to your PC or Mac and fix a problem, setup your email accounts correctly or show you how to do something, as if a Texo support technician was sitting right next to you!

Once downloaded, please RUN the program, LEAVE it running, and send the ID provided to support@texo.co.za

Please note: you might be charged a support fee of R250 per hour (billed per minute) for Remote Support, depending on the problem you need help with.
